The chorus of Padi's Menanti Sebuah Jawaban... Which is the OST of Ungu Violet... My mom bought the CD from JKT in June... So I got the whole CD... Enjoying it from my computer... Just copied it into my comp...


If your thinking whether I'm a fan of Indon music, well I am.... I've been listening to Melly, KD, Padi, SO7 & Peter Pan for like ages...Even before they were popular in Singapore.... I always go JKT to get their lastest CD. Plus I've got family members there, so they keep me updated with what's new there... The songs & all that... My Fav lady singer is KD cuz she's got this WONDERFUL voice control... And as for Melly, she writes good music... I actually listened to Eiffel I'm in Love OST before watching the movie.... As for SO7, me & Danial are FANS of them.... Last yr we went to their concert & all I can say is that it was ROCKING....


As I was saying, my whole weekend was busy... Went to the chalet... I left at ard 8.30 pm cuz I had to go Pasir Ris to 'rewang'... My job wasn't really doing hard 'rewang-ing' but to make the bridal car again.... My side was the bridegroom's side, so I was requested to make the bridal car again.... Its different... It was a 4 wheel drive Black Ford Escape.... Pretty Cool....I arrived at Pasir Ris at 9pm & was done with the car till like 11.30pm or so. I guess that if I didn't took a cab from Changi Aloha, guess I'll arrive at Pasir Ris at 10 or so... And imgine what time I'll finish doing the car...


And something pretty interesting happened while I was busy decorating the car.... Someone from the 10th floor threw the RED BUCKET from the kitchen window.... And it nearly hit Akim, my second cousin, who was sleeping in his pram... And it was obvious that the person purposely threw the bucket and landed at the road... I mean in front of the parking lot... The tar- ed road... Not near the dumpster area.... Duh it's on purpose.... It was thrown out.. Not flown out accidentally.. What we all could do was to make a police report... That was all ... The owner later said that it fell ACCIDENTALLY.... But the best part was when she realised that there was the police, her face really looked pale.... She was scared.... HAHAHAHAHA!!! Serve her right!






I've gotta go... Honestly right now, I'm allowing myself to slack till 7 pm. Then on, its work work work... LOADS TO DO....Toodles

Saturday...

Its been a crazy week for me... Busy with loads of stuff... Thurs I was down at NUH for my appointment... And yesterday, I was busy doing some GP ppt .... Regarding some stuff about Singapore's Constraints....

The other day, when I was at NUH, well, I had to do this Echo thingy... They wanna see how's my patch on my heart is doing... And amazingly, after 16 years, it's doing amazingly well... Alhamdullilah...

And yes, I was still stuck at the paediatrics clinic.... As usual... I think I'm the oldest patient in that clinic... Yes, I'm 21 but I still have to visit the paediatrics...... And when I had to do the Echo thingy, well, the doctor did tell me that if the machine was unable to read my heart because that machine was meant for little kids, well I had to make another appointment to visit the adult clinic where there is a bigger machine which are meant for adults... But luckily the machine at the children clinic was able to read my heart.... Looks like I'm still a kid since the machine was able to read my heart.... Hehehehe!!!

The other day, in the canteen, met Khai.... My long lost hospital mate.... This kid who also had the same hospital experience.. And I was telling him about me getting stuck in the children clinic... He knew exactly what I mean.... Its like, the nurse looks down when she calls out Dayana! Dayana! Hoping that this Dayana was a little kid but actually she's taller than the nurse... He also knows how it feels like to be stuck in the children clinic... When you're 19 & above...

Amu & Venus are coming over later to my place... We're going to the chalet together... The party that Nalni's having... Hope it goes well.... And I'm making her a bouquet of flowers... Hope it turns out nice...

And yes, tomorrow's the nation's B'day... And there's gonna be FIREWORKS..... GHEEZ!!! Everyone's going out to celebrate EXCEPT ME.... Just so depressing.... Very DEPRESSING.. Amu's going out... EVERYBODY IS.... Except me.... Except me...

In pain

I'm feeling better right now... Been pretty sick lately.... Down with the flu... The bug caught me... But I think I've just overworked myself.. That's all....

Yesterday, I caught the fireworks... From the comfort of my own room that is... Yup, I can see fireworks from my house... One of the benefits of staying in Kembangan...... Plus, yesterday was the Firework festival.. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL... But when that feeling crept in me while watching the fireworks.... That kinda sadden me.......

Sorry for not updating.. Been busy for quite sometime...

My week had been a crazy one... With loads to do.. DEADLINE to meet.. And one more month towards the PRELIMS & 3 months to the 'A's.... Tell me how not to get myslf CRAZY .....

Yesterday was the Parents' Night.... All my teachers said pretty positive comments about me... See, I'm a GOOD GIRL....

And I had the opportunity to check out the Planet Jupiter last night too... Mr Kalaimani actually set up the telescope last night, right smack in the middle of the parking lot... And I SAW JUPITER.... It has 4 moons.... Yes I do LOVE astrology... My dad's a navigator... he reads the stars.... So he taught me some stuff about astrology... He told me that after memorising just 30 stars, he's mind just went BONKERS...... HAHAHAHA.... And he taught me some basics about navigation.. That when you see the first 6 stars when the sunsets, well, you'll know where's your location PROVIDED you have this ALMANAC and a globe.... But the thing is, there's a time limit... Max of 20 mins.... Imagine doing this at top speed in the middle of the sea.... And there's no GPRS back then..... Gheezzz!


The whole day yesterday had been some kind of YO-YO.... Its up & down & Up again... And people like Me, Venus, Sean & a couple of other students had actually devised some strategy to not meet the P... The lady whom we all don't LIKE..... And it worked.... Hahahaha!!! Smarty Pants.... Khekhekhekhe!!!!!!!

The other day, Jo & I were talking abt some CRAZY IDEA.. It was cute, especially when she kept saying that its GOOD OMEN.. Go ahead, try hard to set up an undetectable & feasible plan... See whether I can snif your fishy biz..... Hahaha!!!

Met Julie two weeks ago.... She got me a Levis Jeans for... -guess how much?- USD$19.90.. Which is equvilent to SGD$32 .... People who LURVES Levis & have been buying them in Singapore, EAT YOUR HEARTS OUT!!!!! You guys paid 4 times as much as I did... HAHAHAHA!!!
Honestly, you can't blame it... Its an American brand & I got it there........So, DON'T BUY LEVIS IN SINGAPORE!!!!!!!!!! It cost a BOMB!!!!



And oh ya... I forgot to tell ya something... The NDP Fianl Rehersals that I went last week with my mom was SMACKINGLY COLOURFUL...... The best part, my mom & I didn't wear red... We wore WHITE instead... Initially, I met Jo to pass her the flowers.... I know Jo, you're still admiring it... And later than, my mom & I went SHOPPING.... What's new when you put two ladies who had the whole Saturday out together?We got for my sis this flat shoe for $19.90
at Isetan.... Real nice, esp I can borrow it.... Hahahaha!!!!!!!!!
By the time we got back, both of us were shacked to the MAX... And the cute thing was that when we took the train later that night, half of the passengers were wearing red & white....

OK then, I've gotta go here.... Write more when I've got the time.... Chao!

Went to the dentist today.. Changed it to RED & WHITE... I know, sounds so patriotic but what the heck... Having some fun... And the nurse actually told me that for October, I should change it to Black & Orange... Halloween... And while waiting, I'm gonna change it to Black & Pink.... Hehehe! ( Amu & Bel, do the honours)

I finally managed to dig out this pic that I was SEARCHING for ages... It was taken in LA 2004.. When I went there with my aunt, cousin Hanis & Danial... Pretty fun trip... With loads of memories that I would share with my own family...

See that O thing that I was climbing, well, it was part of CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE LAND... Danial tried the R while I tried the O... I mean, I used to climb the door pane, just like that, when I was younger... Like 5 years old.... So it looks like I've not lost it... :)

I'm gonna stop here cuz my hp has not been stopping buzzing the whole day.. Busy for tomorrow's BBQ... The one that I was invited but couldn't go cuz I'M GOING FOR NDP PREVIEW.... YEAH!!!! So glad to hear that my sis got free tix for this yr's preview.. She's participating... Hehehehe!!!!!!
